Our Profile
We
publish and promote methods that are needed when using metrics successfully for
leadership in all parts of the organizations. SwiSMA supports enterprises
and public administration in implementing such leadership methods.
The Swiss Software & Services Metrics Association (SwiSMA) is the
center of excellence for metrics-based leadership in Switzerland.
SwiSMA is
an expert group of SwissICT.
Our Mission
We believe that metrics make the difference between craftsmanship and
scientific methodology, the former being useful for singular achievements, the
latter for a predictable and repeatable project strategy even at a fraction of
the cost of mere craftsmanship.
